Our Restaurant

We are proud to offer you a selection of Costa-Rican and European dishes, the perfect way of showcasing the fresh and healthy produce of our organic farm and of neighbourhood farmers.

At breakfast, let us surprise you with some fruit you might not know such as zapote, anona ou nispero, or enjoy a delicious meal of yoghurt, baguette or brioches with home-made mango or guava jams or eggs from our own chicken-coop… unless, of course, you'd like to go for a local delicacy such as "gallo pinto", the national dish of Costa Rica, which you really must try during your visit!

At lunch-time, you could savour a delicious sandwich made from the cheese we produce, or you could try warm "tamales", cooked in banana leaves, perhaps accompanied by a delicious passion fruit, papaya or starfruit milk-shake.

 After a day of adventure or just relaxing, you might enjoy the traditional casado or fish from the nearby lake, with some pastries for dessert.  

In the evening or at any other time during the day, our bar offers delicious fruit juices, exotic cocktails and the best of the Central American digestifs and rums.
